(Miami, FL) Aug. 11, 2016 – Miami-Dade’s Beacon Council announces more good news with the expansion of two local businesses and an opening of a global office, bringing more than $210,000 in new capital investment to the County and creating more than 100 new jobs within three years.
“Creating a business climate that ensures companies are able to easily locate and expand to create jobs in our community is the Miami-Dade Beacon Council’s top priority,” said The Miami-Dade Beacon Council President & CEO Larry K. Williams. “Our economic development team provided the customized assistance these companies needed to grow and locate here.”
The Miami-Dade Beacon Council worked with these companies by providing:

The three businesses locating or growing in Miami-Dade County with assistance of The Miami-Dade Beacon Council are:
MSH Group, a global talent acquisition, outsourcing and management consulting firm opened a new office in Miami adding 63 new jobs and $100,000 in new capital investment within three years. The company uses technology to redefine the expectations about talent acquisition, outsourcing and management consulting services including internally developed processes, client service methodology, technology automation and a data driven business model.
CEEPCO Contracting – CEEPO is a Maryland based company expanding to Miami-Dade County by setting up an office in North Miami. The company is a design-build minority owned consulting firm providing technical support and services to private organizations as well as government agencies. It will be bringing 35 new full time jobs and investing $85,000 to the Miami-Dade County area over the next three years.
PME Port– This Miami-based wholesale food distribution and transloading company is expanding to a new location of 15,000 square feet, investing $25,000 and creating 10 new full time jobs over the next three years. The company offers American food products to businesses in and around the Caribbean. PME Port also caters to local supermarkets and other food retail businesses.
